Create An Account on SESAdmin.net

Important Pre-requisites

Before you are able to use the sesadmin.net system, there are some initial configuration to complete to enable you to connect your new sesadmin.net account to the SES Hospedajes system.

In turn there are additional requirements by the Spanish government that will allow you to register for an account on SES Hospedajes as follows:

1. You must have an NIE/TIE or DNI number to own or manage a property in Spain.

2. You are required to have a Digital Certificate installed in your computers browser settings in order to access online government systems including SES Hospedajes system

3. With your Digital Certificate installed you must register for an account on the SES Hospedajes system

In requirements 2 and 3 we are able to help you create both of these, and you can order these from within the sesadmin.net as part of the onboarding wizard that you will find inside once you have created your sesadmin.net account and verified your email address.

1. Visit https://sesadmin.net/register and complete the simple form below

2. You will then be sent an email from sesadmin.net for you to verify your email

3. Then you will be required to login with your verified email and the password you chose in the form below

4. Our system actively verifies your NIE/TIE or DNI please be sure it is correct

Then you will see this screen confirming you need to check your email to verify it is really you creating a new account on sesadmin.net  

You will receive an email from our system that look like this one below:

First login to sesadmin.net/login & Onboarding

1. On first login to your new account on sesadmin.net you will be presented with a main screen as shown below in image below, the information highlighted in Red boxes are as follows:

1. BOX 1: Quick Feedback - This is visible on every page of the system. We want to hear from you to be able to improve the system for you our users, each time you use this it will tell us which screen you sent it from with time/date.

2. BOX 2: Is the main navigation menu, this will change as you move through the account creation and connection to SES Hospedajes process from here on

3. BOX 3: Is specifically about you and your account in the system and is accessible at all times

4. BOX 4: This is the first question we ask you to provide an answer to in the new user onboarding process

On this first login screen our onboarding wizard starts. 

Depending on the answers you give will depend on which next screen is shown for you to complete.

1. Once you have completed the onboarding process, this will depend on which screens you are directed to complete. It is during this process that you can order one or both of the following help packages from us, from within the sesadmin.net system:

• Digital Certificate
• SES Hospedajes Account creation inc your first property

2. When you have both of these, you're ready to connect your sesadmin.net account to your SES Hospedajes Account and you WILL need the email confirmation of your registration in SES Hospedajes system to continue in the next section.
