How To Use Multi Language Messaging

Many of our property manager clients in particular have been asking us to add the ability to send our email and other message types coming soon in the language of their guests. They asked and we have delivered again!

We are planning to add many different types of message types to the system due to the OTA's making it harder and harder for their host partners to communicate with their guests, it is now necessary for us to provide some very advanced communication methods because if we cannot communicate the guest registration links to the hosts guests then how will they register as guests and comply with the new regulations. 

Firstly, to start with we renamed "Email Templates" in the main menu to "Message Templates" as we will be adding Whatsapp, SMS, and other message types in due course. For this example we are showing Email Templates in the system.

To Create a new language email template click on "Add Language" button and it will open up the following screen allowing you to create whatever language email template you would like.

There MUST be One DEFAULT language template set for each type of message, in this example we are talking about Email message templates.

The DEFAULT email message will be sent, when no other language template is chosen from the drop down menu that you will now see in the "Booking" create/update screen, shown at the bottom of this page.

These are the languages which will be listed in the drop down menu in the Booking create/update screen show at the bottom of this page.

Once you have created your various language templates, they will appear in the drop down list on the main booking create/update screen as shown above.

If no specific language template is chosen then the "DEFAULT" language set will be sent to your guests email with WhatsApp, SMS and other message types following in the future.
