1st Booking Data direct to SES Systems

From the 2nd January 2025, based on advice from our legal advisors, sesadmin.net is now sending your LIVE only booking data to SES on your behalf to ensure you are 100% compliant with all regulatory requirements as set out in the Royal Decress 933/2021. 

The process is:

  1. New booking is created via the "Create Booking" button or when a DRAFT booking (from iCal or API feeds) is "Converted" to a LIVE booking.
  2. Should no lead guest email be available when the new booking is created the sesadmin.net user account email is used, as SES requires an email for each booking as a mandatory field in the SES systems.
  3. Data for each booking such as Lead Guest name, start and end dates, number of guests in total.
  4. As soon as the bookings are added as LIVE bookings, the sesadmin.net system prepares the data into the required format.
  5. The sesadmin system then transmits the basic booking data to SES at between 02.00-03.00am following the day when the booking was added. 
  6. SES on successful submission provides a confirmation code to sesadmin.
  7. When sesadmin system users update the booking with lead guest email the booking in sesadmin is updated, or;
  8. When the lead guest him/her self completes the guest registration form via the sesadmin generated links, the lead guest email is updated in the booking settings.
  9. On the due day of arrival, the updated booking data will be sent to update the existing previously submitted data submission
  10. When a sesadmin users cancels a booking, sesadmin system sends the cancellation request to SES and gets a confirmation from SES.

    Delete is no longer an option for LIVE bookings, as this is NOT available within the SES Hospedajes system.

    To update a LIVE booking details already sent to SES, you MUST "Cancel" your booking and "Create" a new one.

    This is a limitation of the SES Hospedajes systems not SESAdmin!

2nd Guest Data direct to SES Systems

Since before 2nd December 2024, sesadmin.net has been collecting, processing and submitting your booking and guest registration data through our direct Machine to Machine (M2M) and Web Services (API) connection between sesadmin.net and SES Hospedajes systems. 

The process is:

  1. At 02.00-03.00am the morning after arrival day LIVE booking details are updated with all correct information as it may be different from when the LIVE booking was originally created, then resent to SES on your behalf. These bookings would have sent previously for you.
  2. At 03.00-05.00am the next day guest registration data is sent to SES
  3. The status of the guest registration data may change at any time
