Q: Why have I not received an email from SES Hospedajes with my API access credentials?

A: When you register with SES Hospedajes system directly you MUST:
- Register yourself or your business entity and you MUST:
Check the box for "sending communications by web service" see image below this means your sesadmin.net account can send your booking data and your guests registration data directly to your SES Hospedajes account directly on your behalf once the 2 systems are connected via our special SES API link. - Register your first property
- Confirm everything
- Sign with your digital certificate
You MUST do this in one online session, if you do it in bits at different times/days, the credentials they send you via email will not work well if at all :(
Once that email arrives you can send it to us via [email protected] to check

A: Should you get a 401 unauthorized message and or you receive an email from sesadmin.net to say the details you put in to our system are not correct, this can be for one of these reasons:
- You have entered the information SES sent to you incorrectly in our system.
- You did not register yourself (entity) & your 1st property (establishment) at the same time in the government SES Hospedajes system, this causes problems.
- You may or may not have completed everything correctly, but you changed what you thought was your direct access password, which in fact is the password our system needs to connect directly to your account on SES Hospedajes system.
In cases 2 & 3, this is the fault of SES Hospedajes system not you or us.
Also, all of these cases you will get a 401 Unauthorized message from SES Hospedajes system which we notify you of in the email we sent to you, which you have published here.
If you see a 401 Unauthorized message that has "Client error" at the start the start of it this normally but not always, it means that SES government system is busy and they can not accept our transmission of data. Don't worry though as we keep trying until they accept it.
Q. I have setup my account successfully in sesadmin.net I went to SES Hospedajes system and I saw an unknown booking for my properties, why is this?
A. Because the SES Hospedajes system is so terrible, there is no way we at sesadmin.net can verify your property details and establishment code is setup correctly, so each time a property is added manually by our users, we send a test booking for each property, and if SES tells us they accept it we know it is correct, and we wont have any problems in the future with LIVE bookings for you.
Should SES reject this test booking, then we know the details you have manually entered are incorrect, at which point we will send you an email alert to notify you that there is a problem with the property you have manually added to sesadmin.net system.
For multi property owners/managers using our system, when you create your account and add your first property, we have an additional feature, where we can synchronize all your properties in the SES Hospedajes system and pull them into the sesadmin.net system. Should we do this with & for you, there is no need for us to send test bookings for each of your properties, as we have pulled all the properties from the SES Hospedajes system, so we know they are all 100% correct.

Q: How do i find my SES Hospedajes LOT code for data that has been submitted by sesadmin.net

A. Currently sesadmin.net only receives a LOT conformation code from SES Hospedajes for guest data that has been submitted, you can locate this data by going to a booking that has or has had guests, and click on the "Actions" button, where you will find the option to "Copy LOT SES" you can then use this to search SES Hospedajes systems should you need to at any time in the future or provide this to any authority who may ask you for it in the future.
Q: How can i re-send the welcome email and or copy the guest registration link to send it to my guests via other means?
A. Simple go to your bookings main page which is here:

Find the Booking you wish to update or copy the guest registration link for, click on the Blue "Actions" button which is always on the left side of all records in our system, a menu will appear from the "Actions" button, and choose the top option which is "Edit", this then will open the following screen, where you can copy the guest registration link and then you can paste it into your booking platforms communication tool with your guests, or your own email, or perhaps an SMS or other messenging app if your doing this with your phone.
You can also from this same "Edit" screen re-send the welcome email to your guests if they claim that they have not received any emails about this. In most cases they have but cannot find it or not checked their Spam box.
Should they really not have received the email please contact our support desk by "submit a ticket" top right side of this page, with the email of the guest so we can check this for you. See below:

Q: What do all the different status columns & colours mean?

A: The image above shows the most common data status' and they are split into 2 x columns these being:
When a booking is newly added, we schedule the basic booking data to be sent to SES Hospedajes as the law requires you to do when you take a direct booking. We also send this data on your behalf when the booking comes from a platform as we know the platforms are not sending this data for you, thus making you potentially liable should anyone question you in the future.
The booking status should change from "Scheduled to push to SES" to "Completed SES" as the happy path, however if there is an error normally at SES Hospedajes then it could change to "Error processing to SES" as shown below, and if the booking is updated in anyway then you will see "Updating at SES" as we update the data for you as well.

Guest Data Status = Guest registration data we collect from guests
Should a guest email address not be added to your bookings then you will see the status of "No email in booking", but once an email is added then the 1st status is "Waiting for all guests" as the guest registration link would have been sent to the guest via the email you entered.
Once all guests have registered via the guest registration link they were sent, then the next status is "All guests registered" this will remain until the day of arrival, where the associated "Guest Book" download button becomes active.
The day after the day of arrival you will see the "Completed SES" in Green meaning all data for both booking and the guest registration data has been submitted to SES Hospedajes on your behalf without any issues.

Any changes that have been made to this booking data since it was added to the sesadmin.net system will be updated and the updates submitted to SES Hospedajes for you, and this is always done on the day arrival is this example above shows. The next day both columns will show "Completed SES" in Green as sesadmin.net submits all data to SES overnight on your behalf.
