SESAdmin is a fully automated web platform designed to streamline guest registration and reservation management for vacation rental providers. 

The system ensures secure data transmission in full compliance with Spanish regulations, including Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26. In line with the new legislation in effect since December 2, 2024, SESAdmin.net assists property owners and managers in fulfilling their legal obligations efficiently and reliably.

The main features of our system include:

1. Automated direct connection with the SESHospedajes system, saving management time.
2. After initial configure there is no digital certificate required to operate anything.
3. Automatic submission of guest registration data as required by SESHospedajes.
4. Simple user interface design, removing the complexity of the SESHospedajes platform.
5. Management and compliance with all new regulations for guest registration in Spain.
6. Fully web-based system – no local installation or mobile app download/install required.
7. Secure and encrypted data processing, fully GDPR-compliant.
8. Automatic generation and storage of guest check-in forms (downloadable).
9. Calendar integration through iCal links, as well as API and webhook connections.
10. Multi Language messaging by email and Whatsapp too
11. Advanced features multi-property managers.
12. Technical support available in English and Spanish (other languages via email).

The complete set of integrated and automated services we offer includes:

1. Welcome email sent with a unique link to our secure guest registration form.

2. Reminder emails (14/7/5/3/1/0 days) before guest arrival if registration is not completed.

All of this helps our clients automate their reservations and avoid having to deal directly with guests, which—as we know—can often be a real headache, especially when they don’t answer calls or messages.

Our pricing is the best value for money on the market, with an annual subscription which can be paid as follows:

1. Monthly in advance €4.00 + IVA per month per registered property (equals €48.00+IVA over the year)
2. Annually in advance €40.00 + IVA per year per registered property (equals €3.33 per month)

Please note that although the monthly plan offers flexible payments, it is still billed under annual terms. If the service is cancelled, the remaining balance for the full year will be charged upon cancellation.

The reason for this is that we are required under the law to store your and your guest data for a period of 3 years after the data has been submitted, which does cost us to do this for you, and we have included this in our annual subscription costings.
